To begin the return process, please reach out to us at info@doublebayboutique.com After your return request is approved, you'll be responsible for arranging return shipping and securing a shipping label. We'll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including the shipping label, for returns to our warehouse located in Asia.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. Be sure to include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, notify us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
